The Canadian Youth Chess Championship (CYCC) is a qualifier for the World Youth Chess Championships that will be held in Maribor, Slovenia from November 7 to 19, 2012.  The 2012 CYCC Organizing Committee is pleased to have this premier Youth Chess Tournament come to British Columbia and we look forward to welcoming all our chess friends from across Canada to Surrey, BC from July 3rd to 6th, 2012.

We are hoping to make this CYCC a memorable and enjoyable event for all the participants and their families.
