Regulations:

 

STYLE: 9 Round Swiss System, One Section.   FIDE and CFC rated.

TIME CONTROL: 40 moves in 90 minutes, followed by SD/30 minutes, + 30 seconds/move from move 1.

BYES: Maximum of 3 available rounds 1-8

EQUIPMENT: Bring your own clocks.

  1. Quebec residents will use the higher of their FQE, CFC or FIDE  rating.
  2. Americans will use the higher of their USCF, CFC or FIDE rating.
  3. All others will use the higher of their CFC or FIDE rating.
